Oh. My. God....I LOVE this Lizzie belt buckle so much!!! And it's so incredibly versatile...works with virtually every color in the rainbow I imagine!!
As for the Dallet with the red hem, I think it's going to look amazing on you!! From the photos you've posted on tpf, I think it will be the winner with your skin tone. Sadly, no amount of lipstick could save this cw for me (and it's honestly the only cw in any shawl that I truly love from this season). I am so fair (a la Nicole Kidman levels of fairness!). Can't wait to see your photos!
Lucy, your post resonates on so many levels for me! I, too am a pale blonde and have chosen sight unseen the Dallet CW 07 mainly because of the richness of the background color and that burgundy hem on it. Anything that is the least bit neon, such as the mustard hem of CW 06 is out for me.
Now to the crux of the matter ~ I am an absolute lipstick junkie and which specific Lipstick Queen red colors did you buy that worked best with your new Dallet CW 07? Have never bought that specific brand before and if you will share with me your favorites, that will be a great starting point especially with that burgundy hem of CW 07.

Now I have not bought a red lipstick in years, so I am sure any brand will work, but I know this brand is kind of known for their reds. They have one called "Medieval" that is more of a red balm that is kind of a training wheels for wearing red as it is sheer. It does need to be reapplied often, but with this texture you don't need a mirror. Perfect for daytime as long as you don't mind reapplying, and the color works well on most anyone. They also have two lines of either "Saints" or "Sinners". Saints are sheer with 10% pigment, so once again easy for red newbies, and sinners are 90% pigment. The same colors are in the two lines. I have Saint Wine, which reads like a red on me. I also got Sinner Red and now that I am getting used to wearing color, this is dramatic and works well. I also went to CVS and purchased some Revlon and Maybelline long wear lip colors. (The kind where you put on the color and then there is a special clear balm/gloss you put on top so it does not feel so dry.) I tried one the other night and it seemed to work and stays on pretty well. Oh my gosh... my lipstick purchases are getting to be like my obsession with CSGM's!!
Oh... I just wanted to add that this brand is sold in something called Space NK in my local Bloomingdales. Space NK is kind of a store of curated beauty products within the beauty department. It was helpful to try all the colors in person before buying.

If they're colours or colour combos that suit you really well I don't think it matters if you have a,few. I have to say I was rather shocked how many coral/salmon/peach scarves I own never mind how many black and golds. I think when you get to 6 or 7 similar you have all bases covered LOLJust want to show anyone who's interested in Cheval Phoenix in cw 02. It should make a perfect beach silk. I quite like it but then I realized that the color combinations are basically the silk version of Kachinas cw 40, which I got. Dilemma. I have a bad record of buying different designs in similar (if not the same) color combinations from the same season. But usually with the same material (all CSGMs or all silks). But this time it's different material.... Is it insane to keep doing this? Is there a way to wear silk geant and CSGM combined? But I did say after Au Bout du Monde then I'm done for the season. Alas.. It'll be haunting me in my dream tonight.
Anyone ever sees cw 09 or 03 in real life and have photos to share? I'll feel less guilty if I don't get a similar cw from the season (again).

has this been shown here before? - Chasse en Inde CSGM cw 49 Rose Bonbon/Lavande/Gris....I really love this color as pinky/rosy tones are always difficult for me to wear, but this one is perfect
Can't wait to see the comparison pics of the Dallet 06/07 also! I purchased the 07 online as the red border just made it so special. I am a blonde and do well with neutrals so I think the beige tones will be a good choice. I have reviewed what I can see so far for Fall 2016 and I think the Dallet will become the standout collectible in the shawl category. It is so hard to tell from the H website- the colors are often not accurate and those squares don't move well for me on my browser for some reason, jumps back and forth. What is frustrating to me is my boutique is not getting a good stock assortment. They rec'd the Mors (which I purchased) but most is just trickling in. I would have liked to see the 06 vs 07 in person but there was no confirmation when inventory was arriving. So I jumped on line as I think this design will sell out.
You are smart to have grabbed it online.
My boutique doesn't have it either and I'm worried that if I wait much longer it will sell out.
