With all the talk of Paddock and the somber prune coloring, I thought I'd post this—worn as a headband on one of the yuckiest, hottest days of the summer. I adore many of the Paddock colors and hope to bring several home over the course of the season, but I'm still surprised that this came home first. Despite the gorgeousness of the blue, red, gray, and white versions, the elegance of this one might make it one of my easiest scarves to wear...

Hello Silkies,

I have been looking and watching and have only just bought my first pieces from this season. I am a weekend messy mess so no modeling pics. Sieste has been shown and discussed and while I am still thinking about cw 15, I am sticking with this one (bought two) to wear as a silky shawl. This piece takes my breath away. The golden trees gleam with color and depth. The deep eggplant in contrast with the smidge of purple and red are magnificent! This is my DIE FOR piece of the past year and even surpasses the b/w Mythiques Phoenix which I thought was superb from two seasons ago. his piece is truly a piece of Art!

The L'arbe de Vent might go back....still thinking.... But wanted to show if someone else is considering.

Sieste is indeed beautiful and special. I love how you double your scarves. I am hoping to buy this cw of arbre du vent. I haven't seen it in store yet. The colors are a natural for me. But you have to love it to keep it. I am definitely becoming more selective with what I buy now that my collection has grown a bit,

You look so beautiful and summery arabesques! The colors are truly elegant.

I'm afraid if I'm interrupting my dearest papertiger's beauties, but I just wanted to share my Collections Imperiales on my wardrobes to see how they work. together. I finally picked up cw 14 fucshia/very/noir, and 07 rose/bleu/vert. On the pic of cw 14 the yellow line stands out but it is not so annoying IRL. Very intricate silvery lines and the frieze in grey are very beautiful on black and grey or silver.

Congratulations! The Sieste is a stunning design. I like the L'arbre de Vent too - your CW is interesting with the contrast of the pink against the darker blue/plum tones. Let us know what you decide to do!

Looks absolutely beautiful on you arabesques

Sieste was a must-have for me too. So many of the cws were just heavenly, I am not surprised you bought 2 to wear as 'a piece' together, I did the same with Quintessence in the black and white cws to wear together. 'Fun' scarves hove their place, but the truly elegant are what H scarves are all about for me.

Can't help on the LAdV. I think it has a lot of energy, looks great tied, and some motives look embroidered which are lovely but you have to be sure.

I love your point paper-- Since I bought 5 Metamorphisises last season, I think I am stocked with "fun" scarves. Elegance--here I come.

You are spot on with the L'arb de Vent---great energy with interesting textural variety but it is going back....

Well, let's be honest my dear---what do you wear that is not fabulous?? Fabulous as usual arabesques

These are gorgeous cherryblossum! Especially that fuchsia one!

Oh paper tiger, do try the purple paddock again. I wasn't sure about the colors just like you. After many tries I settled on the purple, which I brought home to find worked so well with many outfits I hadn't anticipated. This is a photo of it when I just threw it on with a tee to run to the grocery store. Arabesques also chose prune and has posted much better photos. But you don't need advice from me. You have a beautiful collection.View attachment 3132877

Pocketbook Pup, this looks lovely on you! I love how you tied it.

I am so enjoying seeing all of the burgundy Paddocks. You all have inspired me - I have a Toits de Paris unworn in the box - very similar colors, and I am going to pull it out and wear it once it cools down here. Love the color!!

Arabesques - is that a Lima with your CDC? If so, I am totally stealing that look - I love it!!

Beautiful colors, fabrics and materials. Paddock in prune is so pretty on you. This is one I wasn't able to try on and now I am again hours away from the boutique.
