I had EXACTLY the same reaction. Went in with CW 01 on the brain. I usually go for blue tones, not greens, but both DH and my SA LOVED this on me. This particular CW is very soft and wearable. Happy to be your twin! :D

If at all possible...would you post some more pictures if your CSGM Tyger Tyger:graucho: I would love to see some mod shots;). Thanks so much:cool:

Thank you so much.

I love this on you. What a great cw.

Thank you. Yes, I did. I purchased several twillys and a RG and diamond CDC bracelet. I spent more at H then I ever have before.

Thank you JP. I couldn't have done it without you. I am loving the bling.:D
Congrats on the RG CDC, too! How did I miss that before?!? And Happy Anniversary!
Just back from moving my DD back from the west coast this week. We made a quick overnight stop in Las Vegas...dangerous H territory! Was able to pick up this Tyger Tyger 90cm scarf...loving the jewel toned colors on this! :smile1: Also just picked up Paddock in the blue colorway at my local Boston boutique this week. I promise to post a picture later on today!

Thank you to all for posting such enabling pictures of this FW season. It is so helpful, only hoping I can return the favor!
Congratulations Bova! We are scarf twins! It looks gorgeous on you;). Isn't it such a happy CW...
Hi Vitamina, I am just uploading some photos onto my laptop now. I too am drawn to this design for many of the reasons already mentioned on this thread...that kind of retro/current look simultaneously. The design itself is actually a bit out of my comfort zone. As you know, I often pick designs with a lot of all over pattern, often quite "busy". Paddock shows a lot of a single color so it is taking a bit of time for me to get used to the look.
Having said all of that, I believe I tried most, if not all, of the CW's. I went in thinking I would choose the pink background, but the pink was just a bit too light for my coloring. I loved the burgundy, but alas too dark on me. The blue had all my usual saturated colors that I am drawn to, along with some black which I always gravitate towards! Let me know what you think...too much blue on me??
The blue paddock is stunning on you too! Congrats
My first CSGM: Cavalier du Caucas in CW 12 noir/bleu/vert.

In winter I wear a lot of black and my 3 most frequently worn coats are BLACK.
Several people asked for some mod shots, but it is shorts weather here, so I just styled the shawl in various ways. One thing I love is how different colors and parts of the design are highlighted depending on how it is tied. Hope this is not too many photos, but I love seeing as many as possible..

Last 2 pix are with a beautiful red cashmere coat, a hand-me-down from my MIL.
Unfortunately, I can only a few times a year due to our mild climate.

Enjoy!
Congrats on your first CSGM scarf! You picked a beauty;)
I don't think anyone's posted CW 14 of Cavaliers du Caucase CSGM yet. Here it is:

LOVE this Ivy. I don't have a black and white H scarf yet. And, I'm thinking this might need to be my first:graucho:

I saw it today and it totally surprised me. From the pictures, I was sure that 01 was my CW, and 03 was just gorgeous as art, but not for my coloring. WRONG!! I am going to get this and be your twin.
Please post picks when you get it momasaurus! I'm dying to see more pics of this CW:graucho:
I'm badly waiting to see them all IRL, can't resist to this design.

I can't wait to see what you come home with Sissy;)

Bova - I actually think I am going to stretch my budget and get the Tyger shawl in 03. It is so beautiful! I am *trying* to cut down on buying 90s, as I have --- ahem --- a few already. But yours was the CW I played with today. Great colors! That would be the one for me....
Thank you again momasaurus...we will anxiously await your purchase of the Tyger shawl in 03. I think that will be wonderful on you and perfect going forward into the fall, so elegant for an elegant woman! :D

The blue paddock is stunning on you too! Congrats
Thank you so much greengoddess, happy to be your twin on this 90cm Tyger, I just love the colors in it! And thank you for your kind words about my blue paddock...still deliberating on whether it is too much blue on me or not!

Happy to, although with the holiday weekend, it may take me a couple of days.
Thank you! No worries..whenever you have time to get to it;)

I thought the blue looks gorgeous on you. Granted I'm not seeing you face:laugh: But, it looks great with the coloring of your skin. I love your last knot too. I've never tried tha version. Love it:cool:

Thank you greengoddess, I am leaning towards keeping it, especially after receiving such wonderful, kind, positive feedback from this thread today!

The last knot I used was one I just picked up from a SA in my home boutique this week. She started like a cowboy knot but instead of knotting the ends in the center front, she took each end, one at a time, and looped it around the scarf and kind of slip knotted these ends to secure. I hope that makes sense! I like it a lot because it really keeps the "cowboy" portion of the scarf from creeping up too far under my chin and into my face! :D
