Just back from moving my DD back from the west coast this week. We made a quick overnight stop in Las Vegas...dangerous H territory! Was able to pick up this Tyger Tyger 90cm scarf...loving the jewel toned colors on this! :smile1: Also just picked up Paddock in the blue colorway at my local Boston boutique this week. I promise to post a picture later on today!

Thank you to all for posting such enabling pictures of this FW season. It is so helpful, only hoping I can return the favor!

Hi Vitamina, I am just uploading some photos onto my laptop now. I too am drawn to this design for many of the reasons already mentioned on this thread...that kind of retro/current look simultaneously. The design itself is actually a bit out of my comfort zone. As you know, I often pick designs with a lot of all over pattern, often quite "busy". Paddock shows a lot of a single color so it is taking a bit of time for me to get used to the look.
Having said all of that, I believe I tried most, if not all, of the CW's. I went in thinking I would choose the pink background, but the pink was just a bit too light for my coloring. I loved the burgundy, but alas too dark on me. The blue had all my usual saturated colors that I am drawn to, along with some black which I always gravitate towards! Let me know what you think...too much blue on me??

wow goooorgous on you.
like the personal style in wearing them also

Bova, I had the same reaction as you and my coloring is the same. I can't decide. I'll let others weigh in.

Did they have red in boston? I don't love the empty border but ironically I am looking for something that is almost solid red with a bit of a pattern so this might fit the bill.

I want to love the prune. The dresses are Colvert and the horses gold to match my bags but it's just so dark.

Oh no! You've got it bad. This is how we are going to end up with 300 scarves all in boxes. I'm trying to reel myself in. At the same time I'm fighting the urge to get on a plane or hop in my car and head down there to bring you to the store to try tyger in cashmere. It is life altering.

Oh I wish you would! That'd be so much fun!!

Can't wait for HR person to get back from vacay (I mean really. What is it, summer?!) to find out if I can get away to Boston for grand opening.

I'm sure this has been answered, but I'm having trouble searching the thread. Will there be a black and white Tyger CSGM? I see the 90, but I have too many silks at the moment :-) (lol, like that's possible!)

Oh boy this is gorgeous too. I love it.

My first CSGM: Cavalier du Caucas in CW 12 noir/bleu/vert.

In winter I wear a lot of black and my 3 most frequently worn coats are BLACK.
Several people asked for some mod shots, but it is shorts weather here, so I just styled the shawl in various ways. One thing I love is how different colors and parts of the design are highlighted depending on how it is tied. Hope this is not too many photos, but I love seeing as many as possible..

Last 2 pix are with a beautiful red cashmere coat, a hand-me-down from my MIL.
Unfortunately, I can only a few times a year due to our mild climate.

Enjoy!

Thank you for all the photos. They are really helpful. Is it me or do the colors seem more vibrant on this year's cashmeres than prior years?

Wow! I love it! I don't think it's too much blue at all. It's bright and blue and dramatic and stops just short of "too" anything. It's perfect for you. Do please keep it. [emoji7]
Thank you so much dear pirula...both my husband and daughter feel I should keep it as well!

Thank you so much for your kind words sissy milano :smile1:

Pocketbook pup, I don't believe they had the red background in Boston; on Wednesday at least. I have seen pictures of it online, and it does look gorgeous and might be just the ticket to fill the solid red you are looking for. If it helps at all, I have been holding mine up to much of my wardrobe, including patterned/striped tops and dresses. I really like the way this design looks with patterned items because it is less busy than many of my other designs. I loved the prune/burgundy as well, but I wear so much black that it seemed like it would be too dark on me. Good luck with your decision!! It is so difficult to decide sometimes! ;)

Oops...sorry to enable scarf1, but I do think this particular blue would be a perfect addition to your blue collection! :graucho:
