Gorgeous! I'm trying to make the same decision right now - mono or DE Eva. I just can't decide!!
Thanks! I read thru a lot of the old posts from the thread and it seems to be a common theme of mono or de. But for me I actually liked that the large plate dresses up the bag and I wanted to use it as much as I can without worrying about getting caught in the rain, especially since it rains so much where I live. So de seemed the reasonable choice. But when I see other ppls mono Eva's I want it too haha. It's a tough choice!

Sharing here: I know one should bring a sparkly, dressy clutch to cocktails and formal events instead of LV canvas.. LOL.. but I wore my DA Eva as clutch to a couple of events lately and love that she's subtle and worry-free. No snagging on a sequin or two, either..

I like the bigger nameplate too, if there was a mono with the bigger plate I'd be sold! I just bought the neverfull in DE so I'm leaning toward mono Eva. I might just have to buy both Eva's and solve this once and for all
Personally, I went with mono! I wasn't a big fan of the big plate on DE and even though mono is flashy because of the logo, I just decided it would be a better option.
It rains a lot where I live too and what I've done to combat that is I've sprayed my bag with apple garde AND when it rains I usually just take the strap off and put it in my pocket or in the purse if there is room. Yes there is still vachetta on the tab and piping, but it's pretty small and can easily be protected by tucking it under your arm or under a shirt, etc.
Best of luck deciding, you will love your Eva! She's my favorite LV piece because of how versatile she is.
