Ooooh! Oh no! That is the red lining?!?! I thought that was an accidental red mark from when you put a circle around the area of concern! Lol. Oh heck no! Girl....you don't need to get your SAs opinion! EXCHANGE IT! Too many nick knacks with that bag! That is what bothers me the most about your bag! And 2nd is the zipper and not crazy about the mix match stitching on the handles. No telling what else is wrong with that bag. Exchange it as it may have other issues that you will notice later, who knows. I've never seen that many flaws on a LV bag before! Wow! If you have time to exchange I say do it. If they don't have one in stock then find out from your SA about ordering one and making sure you are not hit with the price increase whenever it hits as yours is an exchange. Yes, return the bag. That red mark of the INTERIOR is a deal breaker for me! LolOh the 4th picture is very minor.. its the red interior of the bag showing through the stitch. It actually does not bother me that much, its more that the zipper does not start the same place on both end ( I do not know if thats normal, i would love to see others alma bb) and the different stitching on the handles its weird tooI know the glazing at the handles can be difficult to get very smooth, so I am not too concerned about this either. I still have time to return the bag or do an exchange, so I will let my SA know about my concerns and see what he thinks. But congrats with your new speedy, I hope that your SA understands , and Thank you again for taking your time with me complaining

In terms of the red stitching, I am curious to know if this is a defect as well but I do know that when I got my DE Alma, my SA showed me 4 and all expect for the one I chose had this red stitching poking out. My SA explained to me that this happens when they pull the stitching too hard while making the bag, it pulls the inside of the bag. My Alma doesn’t have this but I just checked my DE speedy and noticed 2 small red stitches on the side. But ya just like you said, it doesn’t bother me. In terms of the zipper, here is mine. I keep the key bell on but put away the actual keys and the lock .
Ohh I see! I am so confused about whether the red stitching is a defect or not, but I guess it just depends who you ask. But I do think that LV should honor the customer if they want to exchange it because of that.
Oh I do see that your zipper kinda reminds me of mine. Like one has a gap and the other dont?

you helped me pointing out what the exact issues about this bag that was bothering me. I do think I was so confused and overwhelmed when I did inspect the bag at home, so I ended up taking picture of every corner of it

Almost every part of the bag has something going on that SHOULD NOT be going on. If that bag was heavily discounted I would say keep it if it doesn't bother you afterall you're saving money. I’m personally have become a true minimalist in my days out so this bag is perfect for me. I can fit a card holder, set of keys, chapstick, a travel container of Tylenol, a kind bar, iPhone 13, plastic sunglasses with no case would also fit too. Or a small sun glass case.
Yess , you are right. This bag has too much going on. Like many “small” flaws , but together they become too much to accept. When thinking about it, its not that I am buying preloved.. so I am not saving anything. So everything should be a love right? Thats the perks of buying brand new. You get exactly what you want.
I am still waiting for my SA to reply. So lets see. Or else I am just returning it. I still got about 3 weeks left.
She’s here and I love her! My first LV bag and awaiting my speedy b 25 hopefully tomorrow. I can’t believe how much smaller and cuter she is in person! Not small in a bad way - perfect! I can see why she isn’t redundant with the speedy which was my fear. She looks so much bigger on YouTube reviews and pics haha. Now my impulsive self wants her in black Epi too smh!

How much can you dress down your black epi? There’s a preloved one I’m eyeing but in order to justify, ai would want to be able to wear it daily.I am not afraid to carry it in a T-shirt and yoga pants!lol Imo the black epi is so versatile and it can be casual (with the strap) or formal (handheld). I also bring this bag to work when I know I’m going out for lunch and I love how understated it is for that situationThank you!
. I first only had the black epi that I truly wore for all occasions (from formal dinners to my son’s soccer practice) but I ended up also wanting the DE so bad for when I am wearing all black clothes (I love black clothes) so that was my justification. Lol. Now, I use both bags just as often!
