My items are all in pouches too — I don’t have anything loose like pens or receipts. I also put a piece of matching felt on the bottom as an extra layer of protection. The BB is already very small and just holds my essentials so I can’t imagine adding even a thin organizer in it.

I was only checking the Épi ones, the new batch with the guitar straps and some classics like Coquelicot and Noir.
The thing is, on the inside, the bottom of the bag was wavy, bumpy. I know that it cannot truly stay flush, since it is the same construction as a Noé bottom, but on my large Noé the "pillowness" of the bottom is evened out, since it is very big, but in almost all of these Almas I saw it was very bumpy. I could push the bumps left and rigth with my fingers and they stayed there.
Is this how Alma bottoms are? If this is usual and this is how they are made, I will calm down and won't try to find a perfectly flat one.

I've seen in this thread that quite a few Almas had issues with wavy lining, but those were on the side panels. These ones only did that if I opened the bags very much, but they looked normal generally. They only showed this on the bottom.

My Alma BB epi noir has a rather flat bottom. It used to have that "pillowness" when I bought it, but it flattened out over time. Now it looks pretty good without any waves.
It´s still my favorite LV, so classy :hbeat:.

I just got this for myself today! I saw it at the store last week and couldn't stop thinking about it so back I went. It really is such a stunning pink!

Just picked up my new Alma BB in rose ballerine! It’s truly the most beautiful shade of pink. Here she is next to my existing Alma BB in coquelicot. The Alma BB is my all-time favourite LV design, so elegant, timeless, understated and transitions so well from day to night. Can’t wait to use this new beauty!

I just got an Alma BB from the store (first luxury bag) and I’m noticing the hardware isn’t perfectly smooth. Especially the gold hardware on the handle and the zippers. Is this normal for LV? It looks like tiny scratches all over. The leather and overall bag itself looks okay and there is slight gathering on the inside of the handle. I don’t wanna exchange because it’s so hard to find but should I?
