Was not expecting to get this bag today. Was never really on my radar. My friend was the one who wanted it! But they decided it didn’t look good on them so I said I’ll try it on, what the heck. I LOVED IT. I saw myself in a million outfits at once with this bag. It was like seeing my life flash before my eyes. Not really, but you get the point. Anyway, my new Alma BB in the classic monogram (:

Hi everyone, posted this is the “is this normal” thread, but thought I’d also ask here since it’s specifically for Alma bb:
I was able to order the elusive Alma BB in DE and found some minor flaws and am wondering if it’s worth returning/trying to replace? They’re fairly minor and this bag is hard to come by so I’m leaning toward keeping it but what do you guys think? There’s a snag in the fabric liner, and (hard to show in photos) but one side of the fabric “ripples” as in its not flush with the canvas.
Also is it normal for these brown squares to be wavy instead of flush?

Ouu would you mind passing along his info? I’m also in Canada and looking for a MIF Alma bb in epi. My last online order was a MIU but I kept it.
My first vernis handbag in the adorable Alma BB size! No special occasion needed - I’m going to wear it everywhere this winter. After all, snow goes with every colour.

Yes…the inside pocket is the first place I checked but no tag.

On the top of the inside of the pocket. Is it stamped on the fabric? Not on a piece of leather.

Still can't wear the Alma bb comfortably as crossbody bag. I've tried a lot of different straps but it really sits awkwardly on me crossbody. Right now my preferred wear is as shoulder bag and hand carry. I find the boulogne strap perfect for a short shoulder carry for Alma bb.
Anyone else had issues wearing this as crossbody and found a way to make it work?

I find that the Alma BB sticks out from the body a bit due to its shape. It doesn't bother me though.
Thanks SSM! Ah yes, the bottom sticking out a bit is what feels awkward. I guess this shape takes a bit of getting used to for crossbody wear.
Those that have both the BB in black Empreinte and DE, if you could just have one which would you choose? I'm trying to decide on my first Alma BB and cannot decide which to get first and what I'd use more.
If you have the Alma BB in the indigo colour, could you please confirm how dark/light the blue is? Is it easy to pair with your clothes? I thought I wanted the indigo but after seeing some pics it looks lighter than I thought and now I’m worried it would be hard to pair with clothing.
