I am hoping some of you could help me out with my recent purchase.
I purchased an Alma BB in Epi noir, and noticed that the shoulder strap is very thin. I watched some older Youtube videos, and the strap is significantly thicker in those videos. I am wondering if I got a bad strap, or if this is the strap that comes with the Alma BB now? I measured the width and it is 1.1cm.

Hi! I have the same bag and my strap is the same width. Mine was purchased in early 2019.

Bought my new Alma BB DE from the store yesterday and would like to know how was your bag, how old are they, will this bag stay as beautiful as new even after 10 years?
I decided that I'll keep this bag forever so I asked them to put a heat stamp of my initials on the bag. Turned out I really love it!
I just noticed some crinkled leather near the stitches but my husband told me it'sfine coz he also sew clothes that's why he know. I also noticed uneven stitches near the double stitch below. Is it the same as yours?
I'm planning to buy bandeau or keychainfor this bag but I'm still unsure what is better.

Thank you! I love monogram also but due to the vachetta leather I'm thinkin twice anyhow I already own one pochette metis so I'm ok with it.
I also own de soho bag and it's already 17yo and still lookin good! I really love the leather of my soho and the canvas that's why I'm wonderin if it is the same for alma. Because of its structure I'm wondering how will the bag keep up. Anyway, congrats to your new bag!
