After ordering it in my local store, watching stock in the U.S. disappear, canceling that order and ordering it over the phone with a store that showed availability online, no tracking information and numerous calls to cs to find out where the package was, this beauty was FINALLY left on my front porch. I am in love. So glad to add her to my collection. Of course I won’t be able to carry her until after Christmas. My husband bought it for me because he said I have done so much for our family since the beginning of the pandemic and he thought I deserved something special. Feeling very lucky and loved.

I just bought my first Louis Vuitton purse! I got the Alma bb in epi leather and I’m IN LOVE!! Just curious, what do you guys put in the small pocket of your alma bb’s? Does the card holder fit? Or even the neo portes cartes?

I sometimes have a credit card in there when I am shopping for easy access.
Other times, a receipt or two.

Your Almas are so cute. Does anyone have glazing issues with the Alma BB in Epi? I love the pink one...

I try to stay away from light colored glazing, as I think the glazing would get dirty before the light epi leather.
I don't have a light colored Alma BB, but I do have a rose ballerine Petit Sac Plat, and I generously sprayed Collonil water proofing to protect against color transfer.
Several PTFers recommended it and so far I've seen no problems on the epi leather. The RB PSP doesn't have any light colored glazing, so I don't have to worry about my bag with that potential problem though.

Hi! I have a question for those with the alma bb in DE. Does the bottom interior look like it has glitter in some lighting? Is it the lighting with the tiny holes that makes it look like that? I just got mine from the boutique and noticed that it looks glittery

I've seen two "wear and tear" videos on YouTube where they say they have glitter on the bottom and I'm starting to wonder if the bag just comes like that

I think it's the light shining through and somehow reflecting in the weave of the fabric lining.

Awww thanks! He also is never sure what to get me for presents. So he always just resorts to the tried and true gift options: Purses and jewels. He totally subscribes to the happy wife happy life motto.

View attachment 4890915Joined the club a few days ago when I got this baby for my birthday!! I am so in love! I was saving up to buy this myself but was tossing between this or the speedy b 25 in mono. My heart didn’t feel disappointed when I got this!

Question though... I noticed that when I carry this as crossbody, I notice the zips get a bit crooked but it’s fine when I set it down and straighten it out. But I was wondering if the long term use of the straps will cause permanent warping of the zips? TIA! xx

And regarding the warping, I don't think it will be a permanent thing.
All my Alma BBs are still straight when I set them down.
