Hey! I’m not sure if this happens every time, but I judge realized that my clochette on the Alma BB is a bit wrinkled, where you bend the leather to attach it to the bag and a little bit on the outside too. I want to get the clochette heatstamped so I want to be happy with the clochette before I take it to the store.

I noticed that my epi Alma B.B. has this too! I hadn’t noticed it at first. When I called C.S. they told me to send the bag back, but I love the bag, so she said to just take it to a local store and they can order a new clochette. I think the person who attached it to my bag twisted it somehow.

I really like the Alma BB, shape and size however when using the shoulder strap does the handles lay flat against the bag (hanging down) or still lift unevenly because of where the strap attaches?
You can push up and "lock" the lower D-ring to match the higher side. Then the handle will be straight as you crossbody. I hope this helps!

I recently got my first Alma bb in DE. It is weird just me!!! Or other folks have the same feeling that she may need another Alma bb in other prints as well to be her friends LOL.

Does anyone also have their Alma BB crossbody strap attached to the same side of the purse, rather than one end clipped to one side, and the other end clipped to the opposite side (which is the "standard" way of doing it, I guess)?
I attach both clips from my crossbody strap to the same side of the purse (the side that's against my body) and I much prefer it that way as the handles hang very nicely/naturally that way. Would love to know if others do this too!

The perfect little bag when you don’t need to carry much. My bag is a little over 3 years old. I think my next LV purchase will be another BB but in a bright spring/summer color. Love this bag
