How awful that the Cupid hardware didn't hold up for more than three months... ouchie! That really ought not to happen.Hi girls! Looking for advice about my Cupid...I bought her during the Nordstrom anniversary sale this past August (black with gunmetal hardware - love!). Yesterday, the spring on the shoulder/Xbody strap broke, so the strap keeps falling off. I read through many pages of this thread earlier and have noticed lots of others having hardware problems with Cupid. Just wondering if it's better to try and get the issue resolved with Nordstrom or should I contact RM customer service directly via their website? Not sure the best plan of attack and would love any suggestions!Thank you!

If it were me, I'd go right to Nordstrom. They always stand behind their products, even a year or two later. Whereas I have been very unimpressed by RM's customer service. I've sent them a couple of emails with questions... NOT complaints, just questions... and I have never received a reply. If that's the way they are with just an innocuous email, I can imagine how they would be with a complaint!
I'm guessing Nordstrom will just give you a brand new bag (same color, hopefully they still have it!) and that will be the end of it. Good luck getting this resolved... keep us posted!
And if they don't have it in their store, I'm sure they will go on their handy-dandy computer and try to track one down in another store for you. If it's out there, they WILL find it! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you... black with gunmetal sounds like an amazing combination. Thanks so much for your advice! I will dig out the receipt and head back there this week -- I'll let you know how they resolve the issue!Hoping they still have the black with gunmetal hardware! Fingers crossed!

Could someone please explain the prices differences on the regular sized Cupid? On the Bloomingdales website, all colors are $425. On the Nordstrom website, they are $425. On the Saks site, some are $425, some are $495 and on the RM site, all but the black I think are $495. The black is $425. I did sign up for e-mails on the RM website, so I can basically get the color I want for a little cheaper than the black, but I am still confused.
some colors are of the new/ current Season that i guess the production cost is lower or the price of the whole batch of this production is selected to be marked down. RM has done so on MAM. i am not sure if i am right but i do think that RM is lowering the price to expand her market to more people. if you mean the classic black, the price would be 495$ just cuz it's classic.Anyone?
