i have two - both fine. i think there may have been a problem for a couple of seasons - seems like they resolved it.

May be worth some caution with pre-loved bags, but new ones seem to be fine. I carry mine the way Kasey does- no problem here either.

Thank you for your answers! I bought Cupid from T.J.Maxx and really love it, hearing about these problems made me think if I should return it but I think I will keep it :smile1:

I just bought a green cupid (I think the official color is moss) from TJ's this past weekend. I have never owned a Cupid before and I am totally in love with it! I cannot believe how user friendly it is with all the pockets for organization and the size is just right-not too big, not too small and the crossbody strap makes it a must have bag for any handbag addict! I have owned so many bags from so many different designers and will say that this one is defnitely in the top 5 favorites. This is my first, but won't be my last!

Could you pretty please take a pic of your cupid? I'm curious about the moss color (well, every green really). How is the leather? :chatty:

I've bought a few cupids and I really like the shape and the functionality but the ones I've bought have seem kind of cheaply put together so I've never really bonded with them. I felt like their top handles were going to pop out of their housing at any moment.

I think that's why I was drawn to it. I also had a sand one in my carriage with the same distressed leather and blue polka dot lining but decided on this one. I'm almost thinking of going back for the sand one-it's probably gone by now!!

I just scrolled through this entire thread and am loving the look of the Cupid. My favourite, of course, is the metallic taupe. Was that only produced in 2011, and only with silver hardware? I always seem to love the no-longer-available styles and colours.
