Nicole from RM has posted the letter above on tPf acknowledging the hw issues and offering assistance. You shouldnt have a problem. I had a similar situation happen w a bag i got on ebay and it took 6 weeks but RM did repair it for me nicely.

Awesome, exactly what I was hoping to hear. I was mostly concerned about whether it mattered that I bought my bag on eBay. I do have other bags I can use in the meantime - just none as pretty and functional!

I'm right with you on wishing for silver hardware.. There are 2 pinks to choose from, 2 purples to choose from and 2 oranges to choose from and they all - have- gold hw.... :shrugs: I don't get it...

OMG am I second guessing the bright pink now for the pink iris? That pink iris is orally pretty too. I still can't wait to get my bright pink Cupid, mostly bc it's a bit of a step out of my color comfort zone, which is good ...... But now I'm worried that I shoulda held out for the pink iris. :sweatdrop::confused1:

Both Pinks are extremely pretty... You can't really go wrong with either. I personally like the leather on the Bright Pink better and it doesn't seem as fragile as the leather on Pink Iris.

I can't wait for you to receive your Cupid! And if it's not love at first site, you trade her in for the other pink. :p
