I was in Bloomingdales yesterday and checked out the cupids - they actually had it in cement and raspberry. The cement was the dark gray that was in your photo (with a touch of brown). The raspberry was absolutely gorgeous except for the bright gold hw (IMO, too in your face). I also noticed that the raspberry was much smoochier (it sort of melted down when all the stuffing was removed) than the cement (much stiffer for some reason), but was surprisingly heavier than the cement. Also saw both colors in different style bags and they appeared different - the cement was much lighter and grayer, and the raspberry in the MAM was darker and more purplish (not as nice as the cupid color). I ended up not getting either one since they felt a bit heavy for me, even without anything in them (probably all that hardware). Oh well.
Picked up my Cupid in Cement from the post office over the weekend and it is everything I hoped it would be. Love the colour and lining, size, great layout/organization and LOVE the outside slip pocket. Only my second day with her out and I am in love!
Yay!!!! I'm anxiously awaiting my replacement raspberry Cupid, I miss it!
Did Saks find another one for you or did you end up having to send it to RM for repair? Hope you get her back soon! Now that I have mine, I have visons of one of the handles breaking like yours did everytime I pick it up - I'm super paranoid and am trying to be extra careful but we'll see how long that lasts.

Saks did find another one for me and shipped it Sat I think, I just saw my CC was charged $15 extra though, I assume for shipping! Maybe I expect too much but I didn't expect them to charge me shipping. Geesh.
Let's both hope that hardware issue was a fluke, I don't think we should pay that much and have to baby our bags.

Amazon.com now has Cupid in Mocha Ostrich leather & RG hardware ... Or Persimmion (orange) ostrich w/ regular gold hardware.
What do you ladies think? I'd love to see Mocha ostrich/RG in person. I can't justify it though, b/c the cupid I already have is in brown.

I just spotted the Mocha Cupid on Amazon today too - it looks so gorgeous. I haven't seen Mocha in person either, but from pics the Mocha does appear to be quite a bit darker than the Chocolate (if that's the brown you have). Plus that RG hardware...

I would love the Cupid in Mocha with rosegold hardware! But the only one I saw on Amazon was ostrich and that's a lot of ostrich... lol
Whoops, forgot to include 'ostrich' in my post...but I agree, a regular Mocha Cupid would be even better.
I really like the mocha color I just wish it wasn't ostrich I'm not a fan of ostrich. If it was regular leather i would snap it up in a heartbeat!

With u all on that. Not diggin ostrich....but love mocha/rosegold. The copper rosegold cupid is very nice.
Oo Robinn i saw it too!! for some reason i like this mocha + rgw on the cupid much better than on the MAC (looks too dark IMO....) - yeah i'd love to see this in reveal pics!!
