I'm driving by Tannersville, PA tomorrow and plan to swing by the Coach outlet at The Crossings (happens to be a nice break point in my drive). Has anyone been there recently? Do they tend to have any sort of descent selection of non-factory items? My local outlet basically has 2 small sections of non-factory items, so it's usually not too exciting!

They usually have a good selection. 
I'm not sure about right now since I haven't been there in over two weeks. I know they are going to be expanding starting around the week of Black Friday so their status has temporarily changed for right now as far as being a flagship store.
I usually find something good tho. Ask for Christine if she's working. She's a fabulous SA!!!
