Does anyone else use a Samorga insert in their Noe? I have had one in mine for the past few months and just wondering if it is bad to leave it in when I’m not using the bag. Does anyone know if it causes any issues long-term to the structure of the bag?

I use inserts for my both my Noes (I have the monogram and one in Epi) but not a Samorga. I have one from Original Club and the second I made it myself. I intend to leave them in there when storing and I have not noticed any issues with the structure. I must admit though I am not crazy about the one in my monogram Noe. I find it too stiff and I feel the shape shows through the canvas because the Noe canvas is quite soft. The Samorga's ones are a lot softer and I've had a Samorga insert permanently stored in my Speedy B 35 for 5 years now - no problem.

Thank you for the info! Glad to hear you’ve left them in your bags with no problems

Hey all. I got my first noe bag in damier Azur! I’m loving the style and how much it fits. The strap seems comfortable compared to the neverfull.

Quick question, I noticed the side leather straps are sewn slightly croaked - I can see this bc the checked squares are made up of vertical lines. It’s not by a whole lot - few mm, noticeable in my opinion. Is this normal from what you normally see for noes since it’s hand sewn (or I assume it’s hand sewn)?

Im on the fence if I should return and restalk the site since it’s not always available.

does anyone here have both the mono and damier azur? If so which do you find yourself using more?

this was also squished in a box too small but I assume the canvas will straighten out over time?4C9F458A-DD47-42A1-9C0B-744370FC3C36.jpeg

Has anyone had issues with the canvas cracking with the Noe bb? I currently have the NeoNoe which doesn’t have the leather trim so it’s more prone to cracking. The glazing on the bottom is coming off. I’m considering exchanging the NeoNoe for another style and buying the Noe bb.

Your canvas looks fine. If a few mm (your description) is going to bother you, then you should return it. Nobody is going to notice except you but you should be happy with what you spend money on. I have monogram and azur Noe BB and use them equally. The canvas will straighten out. I keep mine stuffed with plastic air bubble inserts that are sent in my packages.

I have never had any canvas cracking on either of my Noe BBs (knock on wood). I knew NeoNoe would be prone to issues since it was introduced so that is why I never bought one.

My Noe GM in the back just had all her leather replaced. The date code is gone after the repairs but she’s from 1995. My vintage petit Noe on the left was manufactured in ‘84. My newest baby is the petit Noe NM(right) I was able to score after stalking LV website for 3 months. I just love this style so much. ❤

I am very pleased with how she turned out. I was on the fence deciding if it was worth sending out for repairs or sell and buy another. I am so happy with my choice. I did not realize the strap and drawstring cord we’re also included in price quote. I was pleasantly surprised when she showed up and I took her out of her new dust bag. They exceeded my expectations. I love her even more because the canvas used back then is thicker. I am now thinking of replacing leather on my vintage petit or I might leave as is.. I kind of like the vintage look. I don’t normally like vachetta that has turned very dark but there is something about this style I feel like it goes well.
