I have seen videos and pictures of people buying the Metis Hobo strap for their Noe (below left) so I decided to get the perfect dupe at less cost from mcraftleather (below right). It will be here this week and I’ll have another strap option. I can’t wait!

I stopped into the new Louis Vuitton at the Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth. They are ordering a new drawstring for my Petit Noe. It is going to be $60.00 and will be available for pick up in about three weeks. I've been using just a leather tie from Michaels. It will be nice to have a better one.

A question to all you lucky noe owners please......
This is my favourite bag by far. I just love the way it looks but I am struggling with the idea of the practicality of the drawstring. Do you just leave it semi open so you can access the bag or do you keep drawing open and closed? Is this awkward?

I leave it semi open and I don't have to worry about "sticky fingers" since the bag is safe under my arm compared to someone who has a wider opening like a neverfull.

So I was at the LV store yesterday and I inquired how much to replace the lining of my 1999 (green) petite noe, they quoted me $150 so I left the purse with them and can expect to pick it up in 4-6 weeks!

I leave it half open, then tuck it under my arm to feel it's secure, can't be bothered closing it every time
