Question for everybody who has the so black boys! Does your magnetic box come with the code and stickers on the side? I've seen other boys and their boxes do have the stickers on the box. Just curious because mine does not. TIA!

The magnetic boxes don't come with stickers on them. Until recently, boy bags did not come in magnetic boxes and instead came in the non-magnetic boxes that had the stickers with the code on them. It seems like Chanel is transitioning into using more magnetic boxes... my so black boy and 17S minis all came with the magnetic boxes, thus having no stickers on the box.
Recently noticed a small possible tear on my pink lambskin.(see attached pics). Anyone has recommendations on who I should go to? I've not had time to get down to the Chanel store but do you think they will be able to salvage it at all? My bag is hardly 2 months old. Only goes to show how 'uncaring' I am to my poor boy

If the bag is under a year old, wouldn't it still be covered under Chanel's warranty?
Magnetic boxes never have inventory stickers on them. Initially, and up until last year, only classic flaps (small, M/L, Jumbo, Maxi) and 2.55/Reissue (224=rare, 225, 226, 227) flaps were sold with magnetic boxes (and black tissue, white microfiber dustbags and 2 booklets).
Previously all Boy Bags were sold in the boxes they were shipped in from their wharehouse and that box included the inventory stickers on the side.
Recently magnetic boxes have been sold with mini flap bags and now, the so-black Boy Bags, hence no inventory stickers on the side.

The imperfection is very small and I would not freak out over it. I think that in real life it is even less noticeable since the pics are magnified. What I would do would be put a little bit of leather conditioner over the area first and then with the leather polishing cream that matches dab a tiny bit right over the imperfection with a small q-tip and pat it in. It may be hard to get the exact match though. I have saphir leather product in several colors and I would mix them to get as close match as possible. The colors are pretty good and once used on the leather are more blandable than in the jar. I would still try on some small area that is under the leather portion of handle or under the flap first.
Another option is taking the bag to Chanel of course. Hope everything will work out as your boy is a lovely color and you seem to be enjoying it to the fullest. I love hearing of people who are not afraid of using their gorgeous bags.
It's my first bag from Chanel and I'm really uncertain about what the warranty covers. Would you be so kind to roughly tell me what they cover and if I need the receipt or just the authenticity card to track the purchase?

To be honest I'm not sure if scratches will be covered. I would call Chanel directly so that they can answer your questions.
Also, did you try to lightly rub off the scratch with your finger or the cleaning cloth it came with? I saw a YouTube video with a woman purposely scratch her lambskin Chanel and buff it off with a clean finger.
