I do own a lot of different designer bags and know that the glove tanned leather can be a bit fragile. I also happened to see how peoples Boroughs were wearing so before getting mine I was prepared. In all honesty, nail scratches are my worst enemy. As for corner wear, once a week I rub down with Apple Guard conditioner and I've been using my medium vermillion and grey bar stripe mini every day for three months and no signs of wear. I want to install feet but have to wait for my adventuresome mom to help me. I've seen pebbled ones with bad corner wear too. I truly think it's one bag that should have feet. Even those models with feet, you still need to watch where you set them down and keep conditioning the leather. For me it was worth it enough to get a tan soft one for the fall. IOk so let me start off by saying I sell handbags for a living (not Coach) so I know how to treat a bag, I'm extremely careful with the bags in my collection and only use a bag once a week or once every two weeks, I'm still very happy with my borough bags but wanted to show how fast the wear is showing, my first is the gray borough med in glove tan leather and the second is the borough large in brown Edgepaint leather, I've had the gray med for about 7 months and the brown large for about 3 months.View attachment 2719520View attachment 2719521View attachment 2719522View attachment 2719524View attachment 2719525View attachment 2719527
YouTube FROZEN LUXURY!
love the soft leather in a structured bag - it's an interesting contrast.
