Hi lovelies! Today I got the call from Coach and could not wait it pick her: mini B bar stripe colorblock!! I really like her and I think the neutral colours transition well during the seasons and it is a polished classy little beauty 
I' very been reading some ladies don't fancy the thin strap, Due to its mini size and with all my wallet and stuff inside still nice and light.

Here's a funny, DH just walked out from the bedroom and sat on the couch and said, "I really like your new purse. I think it's my favorite one." He's such a good one!
It's the navy/white boarskin embossed. Gorgeous girl, you rock it. I love how it can look casual or dressy made in that leather. Not to mention it has feet - yes feet to protect those corners and the leather will not scratch as easy. Enjoy her!
This is probably my most favorite bag this summer over all other brands that I picked up. I just love her, Paired with a striped maxi dress, its a killer statement. I picked up two kinds of feet, brass button ones and a more angular one which I prefer at Joanne Fabrics for $1.99 for a package of 4. There is a video link on the package. I also found a woman on Pinterest who makes her own bags and uses these in the construction stage which is of course a lot easier. She has a step by step process which I can try and post if you want it. Hubby is very handy and a perfectionist so I was hoping he would install the feet but he's now afraid to ruin the bag. Ugh! I may just have my mom do it as she is a crafter. I need feet on my vermillion Borough as I see what others are doing. I may also take it to my shoemaker and see if he's up for the challenge. You would have to cut holes through the leather on the bottom of the bag and there are fastener type of clips that you would slide up through the leather and lining. then you slide a washer over the prongs on the inside of the bag and bend back the prongs. You could always glue a round piece of felt on the inside of the bag if the feel bothered you or to keep it in place. He is afraid to cut through the leather so it looks like a Mom and I project. I need feet!
No, the minis only have a thin strap which I happen to feel fits the look of the bag perfectly but I don't care for thick straps either.
I am very familiar with both bags and while I prefer the strap sold with the mini I personally think you have found the perfect solution girl!! That strap would be fine IMO and I'm picky. I love these minis and the chambray is great. I don't think most people would notice. I would go for it. These are not going to be around again I don't think.
Now I simply must post some pics! Something about the little bar stripe that I just love love love. Just got my vermillion and cannot believe that it took me so long to decide. I guess the stars all had to align. This was my fourth one and I can honestly say I love the color. Saw a maxi dress in a tie dye that is begging for me to purchase but I also love black with this bag. It's such a pop of color.
