So I've been back and forth about the borough about 20 times...literally...when I looked at the pce card mine did not say anywhere that borough was excluded. I went to my boutique and they told me it was excluded. I told them that I thought the card was a little deceptive. They were, as always, very nice to me. Ilove the boutique I go to and there pretty tolerant of how long it takes me to make up my mind. Anyway, I got the vermillion medium borough...and this time she's a keeper!!

guess i'll have to call again tomorrow, just in case! she implied that the order went through but that i would have gotten a notice to cancel if she hadn't talked to her boss and found out that they weren't in stock. but since one TPFer already got hers, it must have been in the US at some point, if not still. oh well, fingers crossed for tomorrow!

i'm not very familiar with the highrise sizes, but i assume it's the smaller one - it's the one that's normally $358 (i think i got that right) and i think the bigger one is pricier (like in the 400's?)?

I called and was told that the "no phone orders" means you cannot call a store to order, you have to call JAX...........the rep said they will most definitely allow phone orders with PCE.

Yep, it you don't get an answer you like just hang up and call back to deal with a different rep.

So they would not let you use PCE on borough because I looked for that specifically as well. That's annoying.

i'll be curious to hear if other people are able to order highrises with pce or if this is a weird fluke.

I ordered my key fob last night and they would not allow pce as it is a part of borough line.
Oh well. Hopefully I will get the fob.
