Was anyone else able to order the keychain? I called, they placed an order, and then my person went to check with her boss on something else I asked about, and she came back and told me that the key chains were in the UK -none in stock in the US- and that they had to cancel. So weird. Very bummed.

Seriously! Did JAX confirm that? I just paid full price for the two I ordered. Was told PCE could not be used. The striped one was a UK release. Don't know if that makes any difference, but I think the two tone is US. It will be going back or get a price adjustment if that's the case. Thanks for the heads up.
yep. i called to ask about the keychain, and tried to use pce, and was told that the keychain was part of the borough collection and excluded from pce. (then it turns out they couldn't order it for me, but that's another story.)
then i inquired about the vachetta highrise to see if it was available for order/get price/# in stock. she said that there were only a handful (like, not even 50 - literally only a few, with no restock date, but who knows), and then she went to check on something. when she came back, she told me that the vachetta highrise WAS eligible for pce, and with that, i couldn't pass it up. i think the price was $280ish with tax? so you may want to try a price adjustment. i think it's funny that the keychain is excluded but the highrise isn't. oh well, not complaining!
but again - if anyone else has luck ordering the borough keychain, let me know! i may try calling again tomorrow and seeing if i get another answer, just in case.
I have a question about the PCE-on my 25% off card, in the middle of the small print, it says "...Not valid on merchandise holds, phone orders..." So they let you use the PCE on the phone? I may have to call quickly before they'll recognize that change later!

yep! this is actually my first time ordering from jax - i was actually in my store today, but my SA wasn't there and i heard the keychain could only be ordered on the phone, so i called jax. i thought i read about other people using pce on the phone so i gave it a try - score!
i'll be curious to hear if other people are able to order highrises with pce or if this is a weird fluke.
Awesome! Can I ask the style number for the high rise you ordered? Is the whole thing vachetta?? And it's the smaller high rise so like 8.5 by 11.5 inches or close to that?! I'm so excited you were able to use PCE!
Hmmm. I ordered the keychain earlier this morning and was able to use PCE for it. Same old JAX....guess it depends on who you get on the other end of the phone. I ordered the vermillion keychain. Can't wait to hang it on my Boroughs.
