sjunky, my GM was made in France. Wondering why your SA said that about the Bev looking dirty when it patinas? As long as you keep it clean it won't patina in a yucky way.

Thanks Crazy Bag, RainRowan and SugarCookie! I am SOOOOOO excited and can hardly wait. I'll probably kiss the Fed ex guy.......well, maybe not, as DH might not like that. Hehehe.
I think I made the right decision, as I am drawn to hand-held bags and the GM would provide a little extra room. I'm selling my Tivoli PM to help fund the GM, since she is a little more expensive and it's doubtful I would carry Miss Tivoli much.
I'll be sure to post modeling pics when she arrives.

Wow, you and your new Beverly GM look fabulous!! Congratulations!

And all that vachetta is so incredibly wonderful. I have the one handle on BevMM and just love how supple and soft it feels in my hand. Imagine two handles!! yummy! :heart::heart:

Yes, Rainrowan, I love how comfy and soft the handles are! This bag impresses me more each day. I got my first compliment on her today while at the movie theatre. :smile1: Dear Hubby just shook his head and said "women and handbags." :rolleyes:

hello BEVERLY LOVERS! your bags are all just beautiful and perfect!

i am planning to get a MC beverly GM, and would just like to ask those among you who have it -- how is the wear and tear on the hardware of this beauty? does the clasp in front get scratched a lot when buckling and unbuckling?

will appreciate your advice/stories on this one.. since i plan to use it as an everyday bag, im afraid that the gold hardware in front might get scratched a lot.
