Thanks hon. I love this bag and use it so much! I can't even think about no longer owning it and I know they're hard to come by! Here are pics of the cracks. They're easier to see in sunlight but I was able to capture them pretty well. Looks like there are 4 good ones.

Oh i read about your story in the club. I am getting a pre loved metis and going through all the pictures. It's a pity they don't make it anymore. Hope you think your way through this.

I've had the Montsouris GM for almost a year now as my daily workbag. I like the style so much that I got the MM pre-loved as a nonwork bag like shopping. Here is my new to me MM! I'm about 5'6" and about 125 lbs and glad I got the MM. I had initially wanted the Montsouris Mini (PM) size but after having the MM now I feel that it's the perfect backpack for shopping and errands. She was made in January 2001, so she's over 17 years old. Great condition and I just love having this size in my collection.

Do you mind sharing what you paid? I’m thinking of letting mine go but I have no idea how to price it. Mine is from 2006 and because it wasn’t used much it’s vachetta is still on the lighter side.

Today I carried my backpack to the boutique LP in Tel Aviv. They said that the repair will take 2-3 weeks, but they will not remove the canvas, and they will only send a pen. I think that this will end my friendship with LV. I am not ready to pay a lot of money for such quality goods. Although I bought a lot of goods in this brand, but the quality and attitude to their products they are not worth my money.

The reverse is going to be discontinued.

OMG so sorry this happened to you,the good thing is that LV will repair it,the quality in canvas now days is really disappointing,I took 3 things to repair too...maybe they want us to just buy leather bags instead of canvas...do
You use the handle of the backpack a lot? What size is your backpack?
