Thanks so much - glorious and half crazy I think! Would love to see your Agenda Box, and yes we are having fun I couldn’t believe I found a perfect match for my bag! And I looked, ordered our agendas on 5/28, only a week and a few days. Yikes, it feels like a month! I checked this morning, still “in process of being manufactured”. I will say I have now completed my buying spree of agenda contents.

The wait feels like forever! We just canceled our July vacation (coronavirus) so the agenda is literally the only thing I have to fixate on now. I hope it arrives soon!

I have some more agenda accessories coming and then I will post with details (photos and links). I have to get a pen and some other things.

I also bought the LV 2020 inserts but may return (Shipping is taking forever). I’ve got too much stuff already!

A quick pic of how insane I went with a 25% off code at Moleskine some of this will be used with my new agenda, which of course is still in production for some weeks. And I also got my Caran refills, and forgot how much I love my 849. I have a blue one for my agenda on its way to me, even if it doesn’t fit in the loop. I’m thinking I can cut some length off the Volant notebooks as they are fairly thin, and sewn together for my small agenda. Thanks nvie for reminding me of Caran! Happy Saturday .

Ps - I also ordered a cloth covered classic notebook that matches my Kelly, so pic of course - when I travel for meetings, I jot notes in a Classic as the size is perfect and the hard cover gives a good writing surface. The side clip mechanical pencil was just for fun.

You ordered another Caran to match the new Agenda? I hope you ordered the Paul Smith collection. You can try pen loops that comes in a sticker form but the existing loop might get in the way.

Great idea to cut off the Volant notebook to fit the agenda. Can’t wait to see how that works out on your Mon Monogram Agenda.

Thank you! I couldn’t resist a purple fabric LE notebook, and was so glad I bought it. I also couldn’t believe how heavy the moleskine delivery was - but remembered once I saw all the stuff! I didn’t order Paul Smith, although loved the boxes and the pens, but wanted a blue one specifically for my blue agenda color. Choices! I will look for a sticker loop for my agenda (you are a wealth! of info. Thanks). I may give the Volant a trim later, though maybe I should wait for my actual agenda

My LV Medium Agenda just arrived!!!
The monogram is so girly and doesn’t it go fabulously with my fountain pen? It’s a special edition Montblanc FP with a little pearl that commemorates Marilyn Monroe’s grace and style. I got refills from Filofax (week on 2 pages in white, and ruled notepaper in cotton cream). I‘m in heaven now with my luxury writing experience. I plan to use her everyday for work. I had to retire my Moleskine notebook halfway in after enduring terrible FP ink bleed-through but I’ve had no problems with the Filofax paper.
Maybe next year I’ll try LV inserts? Can anyone please tell me if they are fountain pen friendly?

I wish I could help on the FP safety of LV refills, but haven’t used one before. I love my FPs but I’m so very careful in where/how I carry them jic. I actually use Waterman Cartridge ink in mine as I like the way they write, and so far no spill!

LittleStar88 and I are both waiting anxiously for our My LV heritage mono small agendas to be made and shipped!!! I’ve posted a few pics of my ...ahem...insanity of ordering paper and dividers, and post its and pens and so on (many many small moleskine notebooks ). I’ve started using some of the paper from Filofax, and really like it. We have both promised to post soonest if LV will send! It’s only been 2 weeks, and I expect it to take the full 8 they say, but we want to assemble and play.

Here is what I have collected so far for the Agenda PM!

Some really wonderful sellers on Etsy! That’s where I got the dividers and the password keeper/to do/shopping list.

A little bummed about the pom pom paperclips (too big and flat on one side) but the bow paperclips will be perfect (Amazon).

Filofax note paper and zip closure envelope from Amazon.

Random cactus and bow tie paperclips I’ve had for a while so throw them in the mix to see if they can be used.

I am eyeing a couple of pens on Amazon, just need to make the purchase!

Its going to be so much fun to put it together when it arrives! And interesting to see what will actually fit

I’m very careful too but I’m a sucker for nice pen and paper. So I do carry my Montblanc FP with me but it’s always in the pen leather pouch from MB. It goes with me in all my bags (mostly LV that are my work bags). So far so good and it’s been a couple of years. Your Kelly bag is gorgeous by the way, such a special colour!!! Made me drool .
Because of COVID, I’m working from home so when I’m at the desk I keep the Montblanc in the pen loop of the LV Agenda because it looks so nice.

I always love to welcome new members - it is such a nice place on tpf. And people were so welcoming to me in 2013. Love the motto too - ”shallow obsessing encouraged” And we can always find someone here to obsess together with about so many of our loves.

I bet you are loving your new agenda coupled with that stunning FP! I‘m guessing Waterman May only have boring blue and black ink but the cartridges are extra length and last awhile. I also liked how their ink flowed through my particular nib. So glad your pen is safely enclosed in a cocoon and no leak issues!

Thanks for the kind words about my Kelly, she truly was my grail bag and I feel SO lucky to have gotten her! I’m a fiend for purple, and H does spectacular color. I’m itching to take her on an outing - for now she just goes from bedroom to couch and back

For you day-girl...Caran d’Ache fountain pen on LV insert. I love LV insert paper, they are super thin, very good quality.

@DrTr @nvie both of you are wonderful and sweet for the warm welcome to a newbie. I’ve never been able to share my excitement and joy for the little and big slices of luxury I’m lucky enough to afford and use (‘shallow, obsessive and encouraged’ as it may be ).
@DrTr could I ask you if you managed your fabulous Kelly as a first time purchase from Hermes? Europe or the US? A one word answer is fine as this is totally not the board to discuss Kelly’s.
P.S. I was looking at the Waterman website. It seems to me the Waterman Inspired Blue is the closest in match to the MB turquoise ink. It’s an interesting colour.
@nvie thank you for the photos! And the little message for me in your Caran d’Ache FP I’m really looking forward to getting the LV inserts for next year. Hopefully, they will have gold edges too.

So glad you joined us then! It’s always nice to have company in sharing joy with the things we love, large and small. I’m enjoying your agenda, the medium is a nice size, I considered it but wanted a small one to carry in my bag (not knowing I wouldn’t carry many bags out in the world for awhile!). My K was a total happy accident, involved FSH and a friend. Never dreamed I’d get one this year! I was hoping to travel to Paris for one myself, maybe next few years. My agenda will fit in it - to make it relevant and I know you want your LV refill! There’s something so nice about a crisp clean new agenda refill isn’t there? Hopefully one of us will get our order soon so we can share our small agendas!!
