One of my purchases (via US Chanel Website) came with a bag charm.

The box had a ribbon and the charm was attached to a little black pouch with my samples.

The charm is cute but very light and quite tiny. I have no idea what random process US Chanel is using for the distribution of these…

Call your Chanel boutique beauty counter and some department store Chanel beauty counters (Nordstrom, Bloomies, Macy’s etc) and ask them if they have them yet and how to get one. Most department stores will ship to you. Officially, Nordstrom isn’t supposed to start giving them out until December 1st, and there are a lot of stores following this rule, so you’re still in luck.

My online order from Chanel for a couple of holiday sets came with one. I would suggest sticking to beauty or fragrance from the holiday collection, spend at least $150 or even $200 minimum, and make sure to select the classic wrapping option (not the pouch). It hasn’t been confirmed yet whether non holiday beauty is also arriving with a charm in the US (it is in Denmark though where you can choose your charm at checkout). You will know if your order shipped with one when you get your tracking email.

All my holiday gift sets arrived today. Got 2 moisture must haves from Nordstrom and 2 from chanel website (mascara set and skincare set) but I ordered them separately a day apart but arrived together. Nordstrom order arrived no gift box ribbon nothing. Mascara set arrived no ribbon just plain box but only skin care set arrived with navy gold ribbon but no charm. I really wanted that little cute chanel charm..:sad:

From my personal experience and what I’ve seen from others online, it looks like you need to order $150+ on Chanel website and also choose the fancy packaging instead of the pouch. My one order that did this (2 holiday sets) came with a charm. I made another order under $150 (1 holiday set only) and chose the pouch packaging and that did NOT come with a charm. Someone else I know did spend over $150 (2 holiday sets) but chose pouch packaging and did not get a charm. However when I chatted with Chanel support, they said it was random. HOWEVER EVER, yet another person online said they spoke with Chanel support who said you have to spend over $150. Nordstrom stores are doing their own thing in person only.

FYI-I received the CC charm with my order of mascara and the skincare gift set. When i got an email confirmation that it was shipped, I could see the products and the 2023 charm added to the order. Also, on my account on the Chanel website, it had the charm included with the order. My total was $150 exactly before tax.

Can’t confirm if $150 is the threshold but I received the double CC charm for two of the three orders I placed with each order containing two holiday sets. You also have to pick fancier box packaging. The order that did not receive the charm had two holiday sets but I chose the pouch as the packaging.
