FYI, min of $150 on your purchase online to receive a complimentary charm. I just spoke to a SA because I grabbed one of the holiday sets and it was below the min. They can’t add the charm or modify the order

The CHANEL START FRESH Skincare Set is available at the CHANEL website. Chanel website pro tip: when you click on the link to the CHANEL website for the Start Fresh skincare set, you will see whether it says coming soon or add to bag. If it says coming soon, refresh page and I am pretty sure add to bag will appear. If it does, click on it ASAP. I tested it and was able to add it to my shopping bag. Good luck all.
