I noticed that the charms in the VS come with lobster clasp. Which is great if you want to click them on a bracelet for example. Which I was planning to do. So far I've received a few charms with my online EU orders and I love them, but I noticed all of them came without lobster clasp. Interesting difference, I wonder why they did that. Still, I think their holiday packaging is beautiful🥰.
Ordered the Lipgloss trio from the UK website on Friday and arrived today. Picked the classic packaging but so sad no charms included 😔. Also really wanted the sets with the white bag too but UK website only selling the sets with navy bag. Anyway, must focus on the positive because I'm surprised the UK website was selling any of these sets and thought limited to the US.

I was at Macy’s herald square on Sunday. SA at Chanel counter said they will get holiday sets in November (didn’t give a specific date). She took my phone number, wrote down which sets I want and said she will call me when they have them. Will update if I’ll hear from her.
Yes without lobster clasp in EU..
My Chanel Beauty SA told me that they unfortunately won't get the sets in the Boutique (in EU). That was a few weeks ago though, maybe that will change later on (you never know with Chanel)
Yes, wonder why they did that. Chanel really is full of surprises sometimes. We also don't receive the festive gold boxes with the name of the giftset on it, just the make-up set packed in a white pouch and Chanel box. And no festive camelia's (but perhaps you'll get them at the beauty boutique, but they won't come with an online EU order).
I am so over Chanel. I stopped by a makeup/fragrance Chanel boutique last week. They had all of the holiday sets. I asked about the charms. SA said their manager decided a spend threshold of $350 for charms. I left with nothing.
That's some bull crap. These charms are left over from last year's launch. They started showing up with the holiday wrapping same prices on the gift sets last year. I had to take two boxes back to get the holiday wrapping where I shouldn't have to tell this to the Sa. Nat74 posted in this thread their Sa was giving out these charms like candy.

Thank you for the heads up! I just called my local Chanel counter at Nordstrom and they told me they received a shipment and sold out immediately. She’s not sure if they will receive any more. She has my info in case they do. I really hope I can get one or two of these sets at some point!
