I have no info for replacement in the UK, but in the meantime, my favorite MM is about a year old, and I use it regularly. When I first received it I cut an extra screen protector I had for my phone to size, and put that on the front and bottom plate. You can’t see or tell there’s a protector on it by looking at it, and my hardware still looks brand new a year later. I do this with with all hardware on my bags, and it works great.

Thank you, Yes I have put a hardware protector on it to prevent it from any further scratches and it does in fact make it look a little better but I'd like a brand new plate at some stage so I can then keep it perfect!

I‘m sure that LV replaces the plate when you go in but at your cost.

I had the Favorite MM in all three canvas. After about 8-9 months, they ALL had this issue. I would think by now, they would have corrected this flaw. I guess not. I love the Favorite, but just is not cute. eventually I received credit for all three but it was hard has hell.

Oh wow... I love the favorite except for the issue.., I miss mines so much...I hope they bring it back with better quality...

They gave me credit for mines and I got the NEONOE Monogram/Rose Poudre..

I had bought and sold 15 Favorites so far, only a few had these crease issues, on the other hand, I bought them either new from the store or bought them in very good condition, the crease may happen from heavy use my guess.

If my favorite mm has a date code with SD but no tag inside that says “made in USA”, do I assume it is made in France? Both France and USA have an SD date code!!!
