i originally purchased my Favorite PM in DE on Sept. 2017... i started noticing the crease on my flap months ago but i thought it was created due to the way i was storing the bag.. which was empty.. i thought to myself that that couldn't be the case. It wasn't until about a month ago that i found TPF and saw that this was a common issue with this particular bag.. my question is, do you think if i take it back to the boutique they will exchange/refund me? i will post pictures of my bag.. thank you.

I would take it in for evaluation as soon as you can.
I’ve had all three prints. Same issue. Exchanged for store credit.
Favorite MM does have issues with crease on the flap. LV SA’s does not acknowledge this and consider it normal wear and tear. Had my bags Less than 6 months and creases on all of them DE, DA, and Monogram. Known issue but you have to be persistent. They KNOW it’s a quality issue. Not sure if they have updated the bag as if this year. Love it but creases killed it for me.
I bought the Favorite when it was first released. At the time, it only came in mono. Unfortunately, the Favorite was not my favorite. I never experienced the creasing. The magnetic flap would never sit straight on the bag, which was very annoying. I sold her and have never looked back.

I’m so happy to join the club and just picked up my new Ebene Favorite MM today! I got really lucky with my purchase because I left my name with the store and within a week I got a call saying they got a new shipment. But upon inspecting the little details of the bag, the little buttons on the back stitch part are not symmetrical...should I be concerned? Is anyone else’s a bit off symmetrically too? Thanks for all the help!!

Road trip to DC! Changed out of my Chanel gear into full LV mode, after getting my favorite MM today (SD0519) and the last of my month's haul. The PM was far too small so I sold it many years ago. 
I just bought the same bag in the same print. The buttons on the back look the same as yours. I'm not returning mine I don't find it to be a big deal.
