So I finally received my favorite mm in monogram but I saw this... there’s a torn part on the edge of the canvas.... I’m so disappointed... am I crazy to return this piece I’ve been wanting for so long ? [emoji31]View attachment 4231240
This is horrible. I had the same thing happen to me with the DE favorite mm. There was a hole and scratch in the canvas. I was so excited to get mine too, but it had to go back. Unacceptable quality.

Customer service told me they don’t have any in stock and won’t have one for 3-4 months. Luckily my awesome SA from a boutique found one for me. I haven’t received it yet though.By the way - did you end up getting one without quality issue?

CS has been telling me there aren’t any available. I found one and purchased it. It’s in preparation.Customer service told me they don’t have any in stock and won’t have one for 3-4 months. Luckily my awesome SA from a boutique found one for me. I haven’t received it yet though.

That happened to me with another bag I was returning. They told me it was too late because they already initiated a return. Can’t understand why they couldn’t just chabge their records.I’m sending it back to ups today. I even had to call them twice to get my shipping label! (I initiated the return process online and never got my label..) I think I’ve been traumatized by this online shopping experience!
What bothers me the most is yesterday when I called to ask if they could possibly get mine exchanged - first of all they said since I initiated the return already they couldn’t reverse it. (But I thought as long as the items not shipped back to them yet it doesn’t count as a return!) then they kept saying there’s none in stock, and they said they could put me on a reservation list but there’s no guarantee when I would get mine... then I saw all you awesome ladies have been mentioning they are in stock online here and there within the last 24 hours. How can it be possible for them to claim they are not in stock when I asked?!
I also had had to work from home two days in a row because ups sent me a delivery date which ended up getting delayed.
I’m just glad that my sister got me one in Hong Kong (and it’s made in France!!!), otherwise I would’ve been depressed for weeks!
