View attachment 3677802 I'm so sad. My DE Favorite MM purchased in May 2016 has developed the dreaded crease. I thought I was safe because it was made in 2016 (date code FL1116), after LV supposedly fixed the issue
I'm not sure what I can do at this point. Has anyone had any luck exchanging recently?

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that.... may I ask how you stored your bag when you weren't using it? I'm debating the methods mentioned here actually work (placing something between the magnet and the flap).
I stuffed it with a small hand towel inside and stored it upright (just like my other bags). I didn't put anything between the flap and the magnet because I honestly believed the creasing issue was fixed already

Update on my creased DE Favorite MM:
I went to my LV boutique this morning (I live within 10 mins walking distance from it).
After a quick examination of the bag, they told me I could exchange for a new Favorite MM or use the €750 store credit toward another item.
Since I have a Pochette Metis on order and paid full deposit on it, they allowed me to apply the credit toward the deposit, and refunded that amount of the deposit to me in cash.
I really couldn't be happier with how this was handled. The SA and manager were so professional and pleasant. They didn't make me feel like I was nitpicking at all (even DH thought I was, lol). LV has won my loyalty for a long time to come.

Are you near an LV store? The store might still have display versions of the bags. I had called the 1-800 number to ask if any stores in my area had the bag and they said no, but when I went this weekend to pick up my bag they had both sizes there for people to see/try on they just didn't have any for sale. The pm is quite small btw, even I am still considering upgrading to an mm. Decisions, decisions...
Yeah, I went to the only store around here for hours and they didn't have any! I would have to be waitlisted. Luckily an MM popped up on the site today and I grabbed it... so both will be in around the same time. I cut out dimensions of the PM and MM from a piece of paper and it definitely looks like I will be keeping the MM if I indeed decide to keep one.

I have had the azur mm for over a year now and love this bag for summer. She can fit a sunglasses along with your purse , phone , keys, makeup etc with no problem. With a pm you would have to down size more. It's such a great bag for summer/ spring. I've even started to use it all year round when I wear grey as it goes so well. I've had a few occasion when I've worn my indigo jeans ( they Colour run a lot) where I've had colour transfer on the back but all I do when this has happened it's put a little bit of soap and water onto it with a towel and rub, it comes straight off and looks new again.
I've recently got a favorite pm and a pochette accessoire, both in mono.
I love both of them but to me, they are very similar.
Favorite is more elegant while PA offers me more security.
I'm struggling whether to return or exchange one of them to damier azur, any thought?

I have PA in mono, and currently saving for Favourite in DA. I agree with @Jordyaddict that it makes for a great all year around bag. Plus when you turn into a clutch it will be even more elegant as well as casual when you turn it into cross body.
