Actually Im just trying to think of any possible way we could have caused this to happen...🤔
And i wonder if the fact that i lay it 'flat' in my wardrobe, while it was in daily rotation, instead of upright, has got anything to do with it??
It was filled with my stuff..yes.
But i just lay it flat....
So could you have possibly done that too? And maybe thats causing the magnet to press against the canvas for long periods of time ?
(Though it's hard to believe nobody else ever stored it flat while still in use!!!)

I wonder how that can happen .. can't believe the bags look normal in the beginning and now like that..
the thick magnet is not in the flap part. you can feel it. it's on the inside at the front part of the favorite. the flap part has just alLittle magnet in the golden brass thing imo so how could this happen? I hope you understand what my thoughts are.
do your SA's tell you how to store your favorite? in a Special way? they didn't tell me anything about that issue or how I should store it .. I store it just flat and empty in the dustbag.

I am so glad that I have a new favorite bag - I received a mono Favorite MM from DH for Christmas! I love taking it to restaurants with the kids and grocery shopping, when I do not want to look after a larger bag. Yay!
However, my magnet was not very strong. In fact, if I picked up my Favorite by the top of the bag, the flap would easily open and things fell out. I thought I would have to return it. But then I figured I could try to strengthen the closure by re-magnetizing the magnet. So, I found the strongest magnet I had at home, and gently rubbed it back and forth on the back of the magnetic bar. It worked! So for those who are concerned, you can do that.

When the repair specialist checked my first Favorite, I asked her if I made a mistake for the storage in the wardrobe (I put the Favorite "flat" with flap closed and nothing stuffed except the vachetta strap, with nothing below or above") and the answer was "no, it was properly stored". This way of storage was also suggested by the SA that replaced the Favorite with a new one.
Despite I love so much this bag, I have not used her so many times and maybe storing her for long period without using can have an impact in the formation of the crease. Both bags were perfect at the beginning, without any crease. The crease appeared in both cases after some months.
I don't know what LV can suggest but sincerly I'm not more confident with this bag, even if she cannot be replaced, I'm thinking to buy the Eva (my only concern is that she is a little long for my height) or the upcoming (I undestood February) Pallas clutch. Have you see the photo of the Pallas clutch? Seems cute [emoji6]

What i meant by 'storage' issue, was something that caused it while it was STILL in my daily rotation! 😊
I come back home, my bag is full of stuff and i place it still full in my closet FLAT!!
With its flap side facing upwards orrr downwards!
So, in that case, wouldn't the items weigh down on the magnet and cause some indentation??
That's just my theory though.
Im studying it at the moment to see if i can remove that dent...
Or if it comesback again...
(While not in use , i think i was storing just fine!)

Regarding the pallas clutch, i assume u mean the pochette pallas!! Hmm..while its pretty i seriously dont think its worth $800 plus .It reminds me of a glorified version of the neo neverfull pochette!😃

I like the Eva but since i wear it on my shoulder, the strap is too long and much as i love it in damier ebene, i cant shrug off the feeling that it looks like a pencil case..😳
