Hey, I plan to visit the Houston boutique next Wednesday, and it is my first time to go to a Hermes store .
Do we still need to make an appointment? I heard many stores had allowed walk-in for weekdays, though. Also, can someone recommend their SA?

We drove from Austin to Dallas for an appt DH had for an unrelated thing. Went to the Hermes store in Dallas and Nick was great. Hoping he will let me know when he gets in what I want. Any ideas when the Austin store is supposed to open?

Not sure if it’s the non-Martha manager or covid or a combo but I agree that finding a good SA in Dallas is challenging. I’ve been working with Jocelyn for a few months. She’s very responsive, patience of Job. She may not be the best about suggesting colors or sizes that work best for an individual. Joey has been good for a friend who is a long-time customer

I have given up on the Dallas store. I had issues with last SA, met the new Manager earlier this year, got a new SA who was super friendly that day when I was there and spent a nice amount of money but was supposed to check on a few items for me but then never got back to me. I reached out a month or so later looking for something else and was told they did not have in store but could order for me and then crickets again. So now I order online as I am not looking for any bags or buy from reputable online resellers.

Gosh, such a shame to hear. I love the Dallas store! I wish I lived closer so I could go there more often!

Hi all. Im new to TPF. Any of you go offered to do special order quota bag from Hermes Houston boutique?

Also Im in the market for Kelly 25 sellier which i hope i could get from the Houston store.

I'm currently trying to hint to my SA that I would like to do a SO but I don't know if they're all allocated or not at this point. My SA mentioned they don't have any quota bags right now and they have been very slim because of Covid. Not sure the truth with that statement but they did not have hardly any SLG a week ago. Houston has always been hard for me to get offered a quota bag and I've been with the same SA for 10 years and definitely spend money with her on a regular basis.

Wow. Youve been shopping at Houston store for ten yrs and never got a quota bag all those time?
I did notice they hardly have any bags displayed these past few months versus last yr. Not one garden party, evelyne, herbag or picotin like before. I did see a bollide a month or so ago. The closest thing ive got to a SO is the Heure watch which arrives after 3 mos. That, anyone can order and is readily available in store.

It is so frustrating trying to get your hands on something and theyre not available— or if they are, not in the color and leather you want. You go home doubting yourself if u made the right decision. ‍

I've been offered quota bags but none here recently even though I've upped my spend considerably. I did get offered a Cabas H en Biais 40 yesterday.

I don't post much on PF (I am a lurker lol) but my home store is also Houston and my SA has also told me the same. No quota bags available because of Covid, and I spend a good amount with her. I also check in probably every 2-3 weeks and she always tells me there's nothing. :frown: Whenever I drop by to visit her, the store shelves look completely empty. I have been with her for 4 years now, have been offered 2 quota bags (declined both because they weren't the perfect specs for me) during the pandemic and took home a C18 maybe 3 years ago? I am getting impatient though. I have a friend in NYC that shops at the meatpacking store and has gotten all her dream bags in the last year!

Ive only been active w my htown SA since jan this yr— bought a GP from her last yr. I did get a picotin 18 gold ghw this yr from her plus a bunch if other small items and a watch.
I wonder if i can try my luck in sfo when i travel there this month. Its frustrating when you saved up money for it but you dont get offered any.
