Hi. Can anyone please share their recent shopping experience at Hermès Houston? I will be making the move to Houston and wondering if it would be worth moving my home store. My current SA at my existing store has been a sweetheart and has scored me a B, K, and offered me a few Cs(exotics) in the short time that I’ve been working with her. I’ve only been working with her for less than 6 months.

I’m not a VIP by any means. I’m just curious if the inventory in Houston would permit the luck I’ve had previously.

Thank you for your response. I will definitely give it a try. I’m hoping they can match my current store. They got me 2 quota bags in 2 months(a Kelly I’m December and a Birkin in January).

Anyone have an SA contact for Houston? I’ve previously only shopped at the Paris stores while on annual vacations but thanks to CV-19 thinking now might be the time to switch to my home store. Thanks!

Hi! I'm new to Hermes but am wondering if anybody has been to the Houston store in a while? Curious if it seemed that they had a lot of Evelyne TPM in store. My husband wanted to treat me to my first Hermes for Christmas and I've got my heart set on an Evelyne TPM but we would be driving in from Austin. I would hate to drive out there to find out they don't have anything. I guess worse case is that if they don't have one, I'd be put on a waiting list?

If you call the store the sales associates there are usually pretty helpful even to cold calls, especially because of pandemic closures and weird hours.

There are also quite a few Evelyn that pop up on the US site

Thanks for the suggestion. I saw one on the website the other day before DH told me his plan. Of course. But I think he also wants me to be able to have the experience of going to Hermes and looking at all the pretty things.

They usually don't have the mini Evelyne in store. If they do, they tend to save it for their loyal customers. I had to wait 8 months for mine.

The SA will contact you if she plans to offer it to you. If you want it, she'll either put it aside for you or charge your card over the phone.

The only holiday events I've been aware of and invited to are the VIP shopping events for Christmas and Valentine's Day. For the Christmas ones, they give every guest a bottle of champagne and chocolate. For Valentine's day, they do a bag draw.

You have to be a good client or VIP from their perspective to get invited.
