Terrible experience with Nordstom

i had ordered a $$ item (close to $1k) only to receive an item with a tag for $50. I called CS immediately and was promised a credit immediately. And at that time I placed a new order to replace the missing item. It took 3 phone calls to make this happen. Guess what, no credit was issued. Then I was told I need to ship back the wrong item, which will take around 3 weeks to receive a credit for, based on past experience. I've never in all my experience with Saks, NM, Bergdorf, Bloomingdales etc been sent the wrong item. A few cancelled orders, but never the wrong one. This is the third wrong item sent by Nordstrom in the last several years. Nordstrom is really slipping! Really too bad as I've been a loyal customer, but I'm rethinking that.
