Just wanted to say that I got this and LOVE it. I still use my other foundations but I am very happy with the coverage I get from this. It's super easy to use and the results are really nice.

I haven't seen Dinair (though I am familiar with it) but I did have (and ended up returning) the Uslu airbrush.

I like the pod system on the Temptu (though they could be cheaper, I think), and though I know it's been criticized for feeling flimsy, it's decent enough for the price, I think. So far, I'm pretty happy with it and have been using it nearly daily for about a month.

How is everyone still liking their Temptu? The girl at Sephora used the Temptu on me after matching me for a regular foundation and my face looked so good it almost looked too perfect to be sitting on top of my body so now it is on my Christmas list!

Is it fairly easy to use after a bit of practice?
Do you use it for everyday or special occasions only?
Do you use all of the pods made for it, blush, highlighter, foundation or strictly the foundation?
Do you find the foundation has a bit of a sheen? The girl at Sephora matched me with a regular foundation b/c that is what I went in for but then added blush, highlighter, bronzer on top using the Temptu to give me a demonstration. My face looked really good but just a little too "dewy" for my everyday look.. Was this because of the bronzer or highlighter or will the foundation have the same look to it?

Also one more question, can the pods be purchased elsewhere besides Sephora. We are moving to the UK and I was curious if I would have to have colors shipped in the future or if I can buy them anywhere.

Thanks for any insight you can give before I take the plunge!

Well I'd definately buy it on the F&F 20% off, that's what I did last year.

Yes, some of it means adjusting the amount of air, and some "screw ups" before you get the hang of it.

I've been using mine for special occasions as I don't tend to use a lot of make up anyway, but if I made the conscious effort to allow more than 10 minutes of time to get ready in the morning I'd add the 5 minutes for the Temptu and I'd be set :)

I don't have any blush, just 2 highlighters and foundation, and have a blush duo from summer coming in that I bought off someone's beauty blog.

I don't find the foundation has a sheen, but I do need to be careful that I don't put too much moisturizer on or it ends up sitting on my face and sliding off later on.

I don't wear much makeup either since I work from home and sometimes I throw on my makeup so fast, that I could have just not worn any so I am looking for something to give me a flawless look whenever I do actually leave the house. I live in yoga pants and comfy cardigans when I am at home but whenever I do get a chance to leave even to the store, I like to glam it up a bit.

Can you buy Temptu products any place but Sephora and most importantly, can any Temptu products be purchased outside of the US? My parents live in the US but we will be moving out of the US permanently and while I can always have them ship me the pods in the future or when I visit, it'd be great just to run out and purchase them.

I feel like I am missing something. My Sephora had a Temptu rep there one day and he asked if he could do a demo on me and I went for it. I really liked it and told him I wanted to walk around the mall for awhile and if it still looked so good after an hour or so I would come back and buy it. I walked away and started looking at other stuff and I had 2 separate women come up and ask if I liked it since they were watching him apply it on me and when I told them so far, yes they both told me I looked AWFUL! I went and looked in one of the lighted mirrors and saw all the lines in my face and a shiny, weird cast to my skin. Needless to say I did not buy it since perfect strangers were telling me I looked so bad.

Now, with all that said, I DO have pretty oily skin. What about you Temptu lovers?

I think it just depends how sheer you spray it on. I've had really good results with it and find if I err by spraying it a touch too close, I can sheer it out with a brush and it looks fine. I also don't like a dewy finish with any foundation so I out powder on, either Laura Mercier translucent or MAC Prep + Prime, with some Lorac Spotlit powder on the cheekbones.

I've been looking at this for awhile. I went in today to try it out before purchasing to see if it worked on me. I was very impressed with the results. The only thing they put underneath it was moisturizer and although it looked a bit iffy for a little while, I put my BE Mineral Veil over it and it looked so good.

I am looking forward to trying it at home and seeing how I can do on my own. I would love to not have to worry so much with my larger than normal pores.
