I just checked the website and saw the latest round of price increases. Just… wow. When I got my Tolomeo in 2017, it was $10k. It is now $18,000. I understand the economics driving the increases but it’s still shocking.
It is indeed shocking to say the least. My convertible charm bracelet that I bought last fall priced at $5900 (which was the previous price and was currently $6900 online) is now $12,500. That day I also bought the extra large angel with the three bezel diamonds at $3500 and today it is $4800. I would not have considered buying either of those at today's price.

Gold has gone up, but not that much. Tariffs for Europe are not even settled yet. So I am really wondering how they are going to sell anything at these prices. I think it was a very risky move.

It’s not just the gold, I think. Anything with colored stones in it shot up in price more than just gold and diamonds.

I agree about the risk and I predict her boutique in NYC will close, just as the location in Short Hills, NJ did. It will be the first casualty of the inevitable drop in sales.

I was actually wondering whether the costs of having that boutique in NYC was a partial, if not primary, cause of the most recent price increases.

I'm curious how much demand will change. I see a lot of pieces on resale sites. Would love to get a bracelet one day.

I am wondering if some of the latest releases are going to be popular period. Now with the high prices, I think the sales may be dismal. I'm interested in her more classic pieces, and those are also now priced crazy. Since this is a relatively small group reading this thread, I will tell you that some jewelers have already increased their prices to the latest on TSC. There are others which have not. There are many jewelers who carry her line. I have gone through many trying to find a couple of specific items at the previous prices. I know we had a little forewarning, but I just couldn't imagine the prices increasing this much when the prices had already increased significantly. I do watch second hand sites, but I don't see much that I am interested in due to so few being in excellent condition or else just not being pieces I love.

I just checked. Theres a price discrepency between department stores vs Temple St Clair website. Maybe if anyone wants to buy anything, buy now before department stores follow suit with the increase.
I am ordering something to wear on my charm bracelet from Bloomingdale's today. If you have a B. card, they have $25 power points per $100 spent to use for a future purchase through tonight. But even buying outright, one can save hundreds (or thousands for a few items) of dollars compared to the new prices.

While we're all digesting the recent price increases  , I thought I'd share something more uplifting. I think many of us here are animal lovers, and this book, which I'm currently reading, is so beautiful and interesting. So much of Temple's work is inspired by wildlife and the natural world, so I thought not too far off topic! Here's the author's lovely post about her experience finding and raising a hare in the English countryside.

I read this book a few weeks ago - it is indeed a wonderful story. One of my favorite books this year
