I love my tattoos and I love other people's. I love hearing the significance - why they got a particular picture/design. It feels like we're all in this club and our tattoos are our membership badges.

I totally feel the same way!!

I love tattoos and my husband hates them. Makes it very hard when I want to get a new one...

My DH used to really hate tattoos, no matter what they looked like. Then, when I finally convinced him that I was going to get one and he saw it for the first time...he changed his mind. He now thinks they're sexy as hell.

I have three, an origami crane, music note, and a pin up girl. Planning on more, for sure!

Great thread Love tattoos! I have 5 so far and is going to get my 6. on June 10th ...

My tats so far are a black rose and the words 'The world in my eyes' on my upper left arm (ode to Depeche Mode), a bracelet of black cats round my wrist made from photos of my own cats, a black tribal dragon on my back (big ...) and a blue/green lizard on my foot with its tail wrapped around my anckle.

My next tat will be a purple/pink heart with wings and a halo in loving memory of my dad who passed away in February It is going on upper right arm - I have thought about getting a half sleeve at some point and this one will be the first, then we'll see what happens over the next years!

I would love to see a picture of your black cat one...

I am thinking of getting a half sleeve too... I just don't know what to start with...
