I don't think I've ever posted this before, but I wanted to know if any of you have ever had to replace the tassels on your RMs, and how successful you were at doing so.
My kitty was very bad and after a night of drinking with the hubs, I left my bag hanging off of a dinning room table chair. When I awoke, I found that my kitty had chewed all of the tassels on my Rocker bag so bad that I just had to remove all of them
I've tried emailing customer support at RM quite a few times and never got a response

Basically they used to be available from RM but not for a while now. Maybe try asking in the "RM Team" thread in the Stickey section. You could also try calling. Maybe the policy has changed or they will make an exception. 
I just take them off or tuck them in now!
