Agree love the black strap against the gold
same as my leather strap bagnoire, as for the brown leather I prefer it against rose gold as in the tank americaine

Yeah, small (or tiny!) watches for men are trending now, although I’ve only ever seen it on celebrities vs. in real life. The actor Timothée Chalamet frequently wears a vintage Mini Panthére and the actor Paul Mescal just wore a vintage Petit Santos on the red carpet a couple of days ago. It appears to be even smaller than the new Mini Tank LC! He also wears a Mini Bagnoire. I’m sure there are other celebs who are embracing it, too; those are just the first two that come to mind.
As you said, the size difference on a man’s wrist is quite striking, but I’m glad men are wearing whatever they want, just like women can wear oversize watches typically considered to be for men.
To stay on topic … I’m still loving this mini and hope to purchase it soon; I’m honestly kind of surprised that it’s been available online since it’s launch; it was quite hyped before its launch and had a waitlist. Given the press buz and the current small watches trend, I thought it would be much harder to obtain but am glad that doesn’t seem to be the case (for now).
I have been eyeing a mini but my store doesn't have mini so I tried the small for the first time. I was in love with the small in person and feel it looks quite a lot bigger than it actually is in photos. Hoping the mini is not too small once I get my hands on it!
Love this so much; it looks beautiful on you! I, too, am torn between the small and the mini … I’m still leaning toward the mini but think I need to go to the store to try on both. Did you end up ordering the mini, or are you thinking about getting the small instead? Honestly, I think I may eventually need both! 😇

My priority right now is to get my partner's large tank louis as a wedding gift, so I may end up getting a matching mini. I actually loved the brown strap so much more than I thought I would. They mentioned strap replacements would be $350 and they're easily interchangeable.

I also really love the brown strap on the small; not sure why I love it so much as I usually prefer black in everything — clothing, bags, accessories, etc. I think the brown strap makes it a little more casual, which I love for the larger size, but I think the mini is perfect on a black strap. Good to know the straps can be changed out easily for just $350; for some reason I thought it was more expensive than that. Thank you for the intel and good luck with your decision! 💙

Totally agree with you! The small size on the brown alligator strap is the true classic. Both look great on you but I think the small size looks best; it’s not too big but it does have more presence on your wrist than the mini one.
I love the mini one because it is SO adorable, but I’m wondering if it is too tiny for me, even though I have a tiny wrist! I also want to be able to read the time on my watches, and it will be much easier to do that on the small size. 🧐
