Never used it because the nylon is easily cleaned. Not sure I'd even risk it.

The SA at the Prada store in SF recommended Royce leather cleaner - it’s what they use for saffiano.

Ladies I accidentally had some tape on my prada cleo brushed leather and it left glue stain from the tape. I tried some alcohol on it but it left this big stain. I put baby oil on it because I read that online but did nothing. I am going crazy. Did the black paint got removed with the alcohol? is there any way to fix that? please help thanks a lot!

Help, I bought this wallet preloved. I noticed some part of the logo is turning silver due to everyday use. Can I bring this to the Prada store to get fix or to any shops who fix bags/wallets? I checked the certificate card and it was bought last 2012, will it still be get fix if I bring it there? Or is there any way I can fix it myself? Thank you

That's just normal wear and tear on a ten year wallet. Even if Prada took it, it would be sent to Italy for months on end. Prada isn't like LV or Chanel or Hermes. They take the money and run. Terrible after the sale service.

My daily workhorse Prada nylon crossbody has 2 exterior zippers (1 for a side pocket and 1 for the main compartment), but 1 of the black leather zipper pulls ripped off (detached). I have been looking for a replacement zipper pull, but cannot find anything remotely close. Does anyone have any leads? Will they order one for me at the Prada boutique? I've read that they don't really offer those types of services (unlike LV).
