Tadelakt leather?

Considering a B25 in tadelakt. Other option would be Veau Jonathan.

Any recommendations? Similarities (yes, both are smooth leathers). Durability? Do you guys favour one ocer the other? TIA

thank you for your intel. Unfortunately (as I need to go down the reseller market), I won't see the bags in person. Would you say the shine/sheen of Tadelakt is more pronounced as the shine of box (which I like/love). Jonathan is fully mat or does it have a slight sheen as well? TIA :love:

Jonathan is basically swift which can have a sheen, especially with patina with age, but it’s subtle. Tadelakt has a sheen as part of its design and it is often a silvery sheen. Much will also depend on the exact bags you are choosing between. Honestly, they both have their pros and cons. I would recommend just going with which is in better condition for the price and which pleases your eye more on a casual look (and if they are different colors, I’d go purely by color preference).

Sheen and striations (depends on the bag how strong they are) vs less shine and (as far as I’ve seen so far) a very even texture. IMO pretty different leathers and very much personal preference.

Many thanks for your thoughts and insights. Both would be black B25s with PHW. The tadelakt would be brand new, the Jonathan is in excellent condition with very minor hw scratches, but I'd be perfectly fine with it.
Jonathan has been my top wish for such a long time (I was just sidetracked by a very nice B25 in tadelakt), so I'll stick with this and will make an offer :love:
