I have a Kelly and a Birkin, both Gillies and they still look fine to me, but maybe they are still too new to have any problem? Please share

Hmmm, there's a slouchy / wrinkled / wavy tadelakt k40 in this thread - but it looks like it may have had some water damage as well.Hi
Would you consider a kelly wallet in takelakt leather? I heard this type of leather scratches easily. Please share your experiences with this leather esp for ladies who have it for a long time. I want to know how it holds up in the long run.
Thanks!
i have b40 in tadelakt, never had problem.
Scratches do show but it blends in with the velvety leather.
i find it lighter too
I agree
It seems lighter than box and for sure lighter than Clemence
Thought it was just me...
Thx for that
THIS!I have a B in tadelakt leather with guilloche buckle & to me its just the best combination as the smooth leather brings out the gorgeous texture of the buckle. Yes, i tend to 'baby' the bag coz of the leather but I do the same with bags with epsom leather as well. If you want a leather thats more rugged, go for togo or clemence. If you want a smooth leather & you appreciate that leather 'breathes' & has its own characteristic, get tadelakt
THIS!
I have seen a bag like yours and it is AMAZING!!!! Love it in tadelakt~uber elegant.
