Does anyone have the Swinger bag (new version)? What are your thoughts- pros/cons? How does it compare to similar sized items (LV Pochette Accessories, Coach Nolita 19, 22)?
I only saw a couple YT videos and no threads on this bag here. Two colors sold out when it was on sale, but I don't see it talked about so was curious. Thank you in advance

I have seen new vegetable tanned colors for the 20 (no crossbody strap, just small chain)
. They are more expensive due to the process of being vegetable tanned.I am super bummed I missed the teal! I love the new vegetable tanned . I dont love a chain strap 
Has anyone had their hardware become very scratched? I've only used mine about four times since getting it in November and the hardware is all scratched and revealed the black metal underneath?
Ooooo I like my crossbody strap but I'd've liked a chain to come too! Would've been a bit like the Cassie 19 with the three different straps haha.

I want to get the white one but a bit hesitant. It is easily scratched? How's the wear and tear of the leather?
I don’t have this bag, but a few others in the glovetanned leather, and it’s AMAZING leather. Thick yet soft to the touch, durable. Can be prone to scratches so I’m just careful with my nails/keys, etc, but it’s still tougher than some other smooth leathers where every little knick shows. Also, can absorb oils and I don’t let wetness, like raindrops, absorb into the leather because it could leave spots. But some protectant would lessen that risk and make any color transfer easy to clean. Both my bags are virtually spotless after a couple years and I don’t baby them! One of my bags is the chalk color and it hasn’t had any issues with color transfer at all.
All that said, I haven’t actually seen the swinger irl so don’t know for certain it’s the same glovetanned leather. The vegetable-tanned version might react a bit different too.
My Swinger is post #23 in the beautiful carmine pink. It’s beautiful, smooth and feels like strong durable leather. I wouldn’t say it’s soft and squeezable like my vintage Rambler but the colour is nice saturated and I love the gold chain. I think it actually feels stiff but I still love it.
