I tried. They sent me the standard reply about their warranty and how I can ship anything to them at a cost for repair. Honestly, I'm done with Coach.

I hooked it back into my bag and it came off when I lifted my bag up lol. Nothing has been fixed.

That's ridiculous. The least they could do is tell you they can't do anything! If take it right back into my Coach store and ask for a replacement, a credit on account or my money back.

That's crazy. What if you didn't have your swagger fully zipped, the strap falls off and your wallet goes flying into the street, your keys down a gutter drain......

Tried the swagger shoulder but boy that chain is big and heavy really didn't like it so have sent the bag back

I've never owned a Swagger, but I'm seriously considering getting this during the sale. My store had one on the floor and it is gorgeous. The rivets really take it up a notch. I had to force myself to put it down and walk away.

I love this particular one. I would have gotten it if I hadn't already owned two black Swaggers. I say go for it, especially since it's on sale right now!

When it first debuted, there was a 37 size, which is even larger than the regular sized version Coach carries. I believe that size was discontinued, but I have seen them on sale on Ebay.

If you can hold out until the Fall collection arrives, there were some truly giant (but gorgeous) Swaggers shown in the runway shots!
