I got an email from Coach corporate asking me to fill out a survey (it was completely legit, not spam). When I clicked on the link, it said that if I answered the questions, I'd be entered in a sweepstakes where I have a 1/20 chance of winning a Coach gift card for $250. All of the questions were about why I haven't shopped at Coach lately, how I view the brand and what they can do to improve their quality, image, etc.
