Try stuffing it. I think it would help a lot and maybe eliminate the dents altogether.
my pastel speedy came with everything attached too I think some do and some dont..... to get the small dents out of the mini pochette I just stuffed mine for the day & carried outside in the heat & they came right out I was so happy! Love your collectionHere are all 4 bags. I’m definitely keeping the both bleu bags. Not sure of the pastel yet.

Enjoy your new stuff. Yeah this is the first time I got something that looked like it went through the strainer so to speak. 
My delivery went from Tuesday ETA at my local boutique curbside to back to the distribution center due to unrest in my area. CS told me that UPS, if they can attempt delivery at all, will see the store closed and return my 2 shipments to the sender. I don't know what is going to happen- maybe these last 2 items (rouge NF and pastel speedy) were not meant to be.Holy freakin smokes!! My delivery went from Friday to tomorrow.
I also made a very small purchase this morning of an item I have been after for a few months- DE cardholder. Firstly, I was shocked the order was accepted given the fact that I have been a drunken sailor with the escale collection and this is 3 items bought online within the span of a week. However, when I look at my orders, there is no progress timeline- the item with the price + tax still shows in my order history but no status. I wonder if certain "hot spots" have shipments suspended temporarily? Again, if it gets cancelled, I guess it was not meant to be. I will live vicariously through you my dear!

My blue speedy was the same- lock attached and the strap banging around inside. This is really not how a brand new item from LV is supposed to arrive. Usually the strap is shipped carefully packed in a ziplock bag. But given the circumstances, I allowed it and made due. I stuffed speedy with air bags so she looks like a cute little piglet. Just out of curiosity what were the date codes on your new pastel speedy & NF? about two months ago My SA said that they were going to produce more escale pieces and I was wondering if this surge of new escale items popping up on the site was it, I just ordered my last item ( or so im telling myself that lol ) from this collection yesterdayThank you for the info.

Did yours come with air bags? mine unfortunately didn't and im debating ordering some online, they look the cutest when their stuffed like lil piggies

Hi. I know I went really crazy with this collection too.
The pastel is so very pretty and I am still undecided whether or not I will return both or keep one. I’m definitely not keeping both.The pastel speedy was Made in France the 13th week of 2020 and the pastel NF was Made in Spain the 11th week of 2020; and last but not least, the escale mini pouchette was Made in France 16th week of 2020.
I already have a large escale collection which I love (favor the bleu), but I just had to see the large pastel pieces.

Everything appears to be in suspense so I am not sure if I will receive any of the items at this point. I am just going to be patient and not bug CS. If after a week the status does not change to "ship to billing address" for any of the items, I will investigate. I know LV has problems of their own at the moment- they suffered losses at 2 stores near me. I am sure they are proceeding with an abundance of caution in areas with changing circumstances. No- I have my own stash of air pillows- speedy arrived flat as a pancake. The air pillows are much better to store inside bags vs. tissue paper. Paper is a natural product and can attract mildew/mold.
