Beautiful collection! I still want to get the shawl but I will hold off until later this year since I won't be wearing it any time soon.My Zoe arrived today and now my Escale collection is complete.At first I ordered the mini pochette and after that I fell into the rabbit hole.

They are available about 3 times a day at different times....mostly around 6am, 11am, 2pm, 6pm, 8pm and in the middle of the night
You do realize that the shawl is also limited and most probably won’t be available for purchase at the end of the year right?
Yes I know it’s limited. There is still a good amount of stock right now so I’m okay with waiting, since I already got the mini pochette, Zoe and neverfull.

I bought the shawl in a rush before the price increase.. I won’t be wearing mine either for some time, but I’m sure the time will come eventually. Hopefully you get yours too!

Thanks! My state is starting to open back up but a lot of retail stores are still closed in certain counties. I’ll definitely give them a call when they do open.
I wish I had a consistent CA that I could work with. I’ve bought LV for years, but every time I go into my local store, someone new is working. I just feel like it would make getting certain collections easier.
You could try reaching out to assistant managers or managers of stores. If you develop a line with them by email or text, it’ll be a long term support line when casual CA’s switch jobs or are unavailable. Managers can also offer a particular CA to assist you, so tell them upfront that you’d like to develop a long term relationship with one or ask them to suggest a CA that’s been working awhile. CA’s will be more responsive if you go back to them for sales help afterwards. Obviously, this takes time to build but benefits of this kind of relationship go both ways IMO win-win
